Naturally gluten free, a moist fruity delight. Perfect with coffee or served warm with cream as a dessert.
The Ultimate Chocolate Cake
Rich, moist chocolate cake with a complexity of flavours to delight the palate. Filled with chocolate cream cheese butter icing and homemade chocolate sauce. Covered with dark chocolate ganache and finished with a dark chocolate drip and piles of fresh berries.
Basque Cheesecake
Inspired following a trip to Bilbao in Spain. This is a crustless cheesecake with a caramelised exterior and a smooth creamy, custard-like centre. A delicate lemon flavour gives an additional palette pleasing twist.
Bakewell Tart
Crisp sweet shortcrust pasty, with a generous layer of homemade raspberry jam, topped with an almond frangipane filling and finished with flaked almonds. Delicious as it is with a cup of tea or coffee, or served warm with cream, ice cream or custard as a dessert.
