Flourish & Flavour is all about making delicious bakes for tea time treats, home celebrations and desserts, as well as supplying to independent shops, cafes, pubs and local businesses.
Through making classic bakes and exploring unique recipes, with an ability to cater for most dietary needs, we look forward to being able to supply you with something delicious to satisfy that sweet treat craving.
Cakes for every day and every occassion...
All our bakes are made from scratch using fresh, natural ingredients, sourced locally whenever possible. Organic eggs are always used, and we never add any artificial preservatives or other nasties, letting the natural flavours speak for themselves. We source fairtrade, traceable and sustainable ingredients when available and pride ourselves on a minimal waste policy utilising everything we can from each ingredient.
Tea Time Cakes
Seasonal flavours, classic bakes and loaf cakes, sumptuous fruit slabs, muffins, scones and traybakes. All made with love and passion to create a taste sensation that won't stick around for long.
Brownies
Using the finest quality chocolate and cocoa powder, made with traceable and sustainable cocoa beans, our brownies deliver melt in the mouth deliciousness. Baked in a 20cm (8inch) square tin, they can be portioned to provide everything from bite sized morsels through to 8 large slabs of indulgence.
Cupcakes
Cupcakes, that are not only beautiful to look at but mouthwateringly delicious. Available in a wide range of flavours, with a choice of fillings and toppings. All fillings and toppings are made in our kitchen from scratch with high quality ingredients.
Cookies
The perfect cookie needs to get the balance right of a little bit of crunch, with a slightly soft chewy centre. We believe ours deliver on this promise and you’ll find them full of flavour and fillings; we don’t skimp on the chocolate chips! Available in two different sizes.
Desserts
For when you need a special dessert for a party or gathering, or a treat for a family dinner. Let us do the work for you. Have a look at our examples, but please get in contact if there is something specific you have in mind.
Celebration Cakes
Layered cakes are available in a variety of sizes and flavours. All with homemade fillings, jams and frostings. Bespoke design quotes available on request, and most dietary requirements can be catered for, please get in touch to discuss.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements
We can accommodate most dietary requirements although not all bakes are suitable for all needs. We are allergen trained and as such take the necessary precautions to ensure anything made in our kitchen is free from the stated allergen.
Miniatures & Grazing Boards
Many cakes and desserts are available in bite sized portions; perfect for grazing boards, parties, afternoon tea and when you just can’t decide what to choose. Contact us to discuss your requirements and for a quote.
Naked Cakes
Cupcakes and layered cakes can be provided completely naked for you to fill and decorate from scratch or filled and frosted for you to add your own bespoke cake toppers or decoration. Layered cakes can be iced semi-naked or fully covered. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

If you own a pub, cafe, shop or other retail outlet, Flourish & Flavour can supply whole cakes to be portioned and served on site or, packaged for retail sale.
All products are clearly labelled with allergen information and ingredients lists.
